Exemplary Attorney and Gentleman

David is an exemplary attorney and gentleman. He guided us through a time of loss and grieving, with kindness, compassion and wisdom. His expertise in probate, wills and trusts is beyond reproach. Yes, I urge anyone seeking this type of legal category, to contact David as soon as possible. It is precious to be guided through sensitive matters by an attorney who truly cares about his clients’ well being. If I had more laudatory words to describe David, know, I’d use them! My family was divinely blessed to have David Jones as our attorney and on our path.

David Jones, honest, smart, super friendly

We were referred to David Jones by good friends who only give the best referrals. We thought we were only going to have our out of state Will updated. Most lawyers would update and charge plenty. David is so friendly, honest and accommodating. We loved the personal touch, that is what we were looking for. My husband had gone through a grueling estate plan for his dad. Our goal was to make it as easy for our family to handle our to estate as possible. David educated us and he "rewrote" our Deed to avoid Probate for our family and instructed us to prepare "payable on death" forms for easy distribution from our savings and investment accounts that would automatically be distributed to the heirs we appointed. You won't find a nicer, smarter, more honest lawyer than David. Oh yeah, very fair fee.

Trustworthy and efficient

What a great experience. I was anxious about the whole thing estate probate etc and David's professionalism, efficiency and overall calm presence helped me tremendously. The work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him!!!!

Loved him and the firm!

Was referred to this firm and thankful I was! Consulted with Ryan O’Halloran in the beginning a few times, but ultimately hired and worked with David Jones. Both excellent attorneys. The fees were reasonable and David worked hard for me- he went above and beyond more than I could’ve ever expected! The compassion and empathy he showed me made my life so much easier when dealing with such an already stressful situation.

Caring, compassionate and concerning.

David, helped us with a builder that was not performing on his contractual obligations with a home warranty. He went up and beyond to get everything rectified in a timely fashion and even got us a check for out of pocket repairs without the need to go to court. I highly recommend!! He is compassionate, cares and gets the job done!!

Outstanding service

I am a licensed practicing Attorney in PA. I am the trustee for a mentally challenged 73 year old second cousin in FL. This cousin is running out of money and desperately needs to be on Medicaid. After about four attorneys , ( one later disbarred) I was almost giving up hope that I could get competent legal help in FL. Then I hired Mr David Jones. He was an amazing lawyer who took an interest in the welfare of my cousin. He then researched and gave me solid legal advice, with clear step by step directions on what was needed to be done. Mr Jones was available, responsive, and directed me with solid legal advice. When he needed to research an issue, he did it fully and completely. My recommendation is as strong as possible for Mr. Jones. Thank you

Needed help

David helped us in our hour of need. We were trying to sell our land but unfortunately we found that an admin issue occurred 20 years ago and everyone also had passed. He work with us and found a way to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend him.

UPDATED OUR LIVING DOCUMENTS

My wife and I had been talking about getting our Wills, Power of Attorneys, etc. done for awhile. I have known David for over a year and a half and the CPA firm I work for uses David as a referral partner. My wife and I met with David and he made us feel so comfortable, within an hour we provided David with all the information he needed to complete our Wills and all other relevant forms that we needed to feel safe and secure. Within two weeks everything was completed, we met with David and his team and all documents were reviewed, signed, notarized by David and his team. My wife and I walked out of their office and we felt the world had been lifted off our shoulders. David was a lifesaver for us and I refer my clients that need the same services to David. Extremely helpful and calming person

David Jones took all the stress off. He took my case and fought for me . Marlin construction was suing me and would not leave me alone. So the awesome attorney Mr David Jones handled my case . It was finally resolved with his experience and excellent work.
